aliases: --/ls/list/show 
For `pass` it depends on the entry whether it outputs the password
(`get`) or shows the (sub-)directory tree (`list`).

It seems to behave identical for all commands: '', '--', 'ls', 'list',
'show'.

This commit should fix issue #3
